Attorney James M. "Jim" Pippin

Attorney James M. "im" Pippin is dedicated to advancing the ethical and professional practice of representing injured parties, consumers and workers.  His practice has always been limited to representing injured parties and never corporations or insurance companies.  Jim has represented injured parties in a wide variety of cases including defective products, medical negligence, wrongful death actions, bad faith insurance practices and automobile accidents.  In those cases Jim has procured numerous million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.

Jim Pippin is an outstanding trial lawyer, who combines genuine concern for his clients with effectiveness in court. His skills are appreciated by judges and juries alike, and the results for those he represents speak for themselves.

Within two years he was made a partner in the firm of Green, Griswold and Pippin.  In 1975 he formed his own firm and practiced with Mark Bocci as Pippin and Bocci until taking an extended sabbatical in 2006.

I’ve handled a number of cases with Jim. He is one of the most talented and diligent plaintiff lawyers in Oregon. He is well respected by both plaintiff and defense lawyers and I would not hesitate to refer an important matter to him.

Jim Pippin is one of the premier lawyers in Oregon and he has handled numerous difficult medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases to conclusion. He has high recognition in our community for ethics, legal talent and is recommended with out hesitation.
